Wilden Portfolio Park is located at the geographic center of the region (Northeastern Wisconsin) of approximately 1.1 million people. Located at the center of four regional MSAs (Green Bay, Appleton, Oshkosh-Neenah, Fond Du Lac-Beaver Dam), Appleton is ideally located. The central location provides a strong workforce for employers and customer base for retailers.
